Mix the warm water with the yeast, salt and oil.
Give in the white flour and knead it for at least 10 minutes. It's normal and it should still be a bit sticky. Put a damp towl over the bowl and let it raise in a warm spot.
Oli your baking dish and transfer your dough carefully. Make sure the dough covers the dish. Let it raise covered for 3-4 hours.
Oil your hands and put all your fingers in the dough (see picture) Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°.
