Ingredients

  • 4 piece eggs
  • 750 g vegetables of your choice
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 70 g bacon
  • some herbs and spices of your choice
  • 1 piece cake dough (square)
  • 2 dl milk
  • 3 dl cream

Instruction

1. Preparation

Cut vegetables into small cubes. Lay out the dough on a baking tray. Spread bacon and vegetables on the dough. Mix milk, cream, eggs, spices and cheese and pour over the pie.

2. Bake

Bake at 180° degrees for about 35 minutes until golden brown.
